2nd Release – Sword of Destiny
“The Sword of Destiny” and this main scene is featured on the reverse – often described by experts and fans as one of the most important in the saga of The Witcher – and presents three characters. The Queen of Brokilon – Eithne – is holding the goblet and hands it to Ciri – the one of the main figures in the Witcher saga. Next to her is Dryad Braenn. The goblet is filled with the Brokilone Water, containing special powers. Drinking water from the goblet is to determine the fate of Ciri and the others – she may choose to stay in Brokilon or follow her destiny. In the background we see Geralt, The Witcher, who has killed a skolopendromorf, a forest creature attacking the local residents. The obverse is highly decorated with ornaments and symbols related to the Brokilon Forest and Geralt’s attributes: swords and a wolf symbol.
3rd Release – The Blood Elves
The reverse depicts an important scene from Andrzej Sapkowski’s book of the same title. It is an attack of Scoia’tael commando group on a dwarven caravan, which Geralt and Ciri were travelling with. Every detail of the reverse is brought to vivid life thanks to the exceptional high relief strike, there is also an addition of selective pink gold, which imitates blood. Another interesting decorative element is the wheel, which was handmade from natural hardwood. The obverse is decorated with ornaments and symbols related to Elirena. A squirrel in the Gothic medallion and bushes full of roses refer to her.
