Each 2021 2-ounce Cook Islands Silver DC Comics Collection Batman Coin in this listing is beautifully packaged and has two distinctive visual features. The coins are housed individually inside circular coin cases and come with Batman-themed shipping boxes. A Certificate of Authenticity is available with each coin.

The coins in the new DC Comics Collection have both an antique polish and selective gold-plating. The antique polish creates an heirloom-like visual finish for the coins that highlights the intricate details of the design. On the reverse side, you will find selective plating of 24-karat gold that create additional visual contrast on the coin.

Queen Elizabeth II is on the obverse of 2021 Cook Islands Silver DC Comics Collection Batman Coins. Her Majesty is shown here in right-profile relief in a design that was created in 1998. This effigy of the Queen comes from Ian Rank-Broadley and was originally created for the Royal Mint of England.

Batman is depicted in the reverse design of the 2021 2-ounce DC Comics Collection Batman Coins. The Dark Knight is shown standing on the ledge of a building in Gotham City as he leans out and whips forward one of his bat wings. The selective gold plating on this side of the coin includes applications on the inscription of BATMAN and on the Batman logo on his chest.
